A note about the email signup.. It looks like it doesn't work after entering information but if you check your email in a couple minutes you should have a verification email. Newsletters are sent on one of the last days of each month. If you don't receive it, check either your spam or trash folder. You may need to add our email address to your contact list for it to be delivered correctly.

Special Events to note:

Check our current newsletter for important information. Newsletters are published on or before the 1st day of the next month with a few copies available in the studio to take home or to read. They are also emailed to any of our parents that have given us an email address. We don't generally pass them out to students as they tend to get left all over the studio and crumpled up in bags. Links are above if you prefer to read/print online.

Student Aid Fundraisers: These fundraisers are very different! These are designed to help our students pay fees which they may not be able to afford otherwise! Check out the button above for all the details! All registered SKDS students are eligible to participate! Check the newsletter for the dates.

Dance Teams: Interested in being on a team next season? Check out our summer schedule and register for the correct team age for classes this summer!  Team members must take summer classes to be considered for a spot on team.  This includes current team members!  Taking summer classes however, does not guarantee team placement.  These classes determine whether a student is ready for team life or not.  Tryouts will be held at the end of this summer session.  Dates TBA.

Studio closings: Any studio closings due to weather or other events, will be announced through our texting service (see information above), on our facebook page, on cinewsnow.com/closings and on WEEK-TV & WHOI-TV. Announcements will be made no later than 4:00 pm. Please check all these resources before contacting our teachers.

Planning ahead: (check the newsletter and our white board for more details)​​​​​​​​​​​​
  • Summer classes started June 2nd! Students may still join any class unless it's marked full!
  • Watch week will be held on August 11-15th. This is also the last week of summer classes.
  • Fall classes begin September 14th!  Registration info will be updated soon!






Our calendar is always kept up to date with all of our activities. Just hover over the news link above and click on calendar. If you have google calendar, you can also link your calendar with ours so you automatically have our events on your own calendar.

Parking Lot Reminder: PLEASE do not park in the spaces directly in front of the building unless you are only there for just a few minutes. Our landlord has requested this in our contract and we need EVERYONE to cooperate. Thank you.

​Our texting service is THE BEST WAY to get very important information, quickly on an as needed basis. We use it for studio closings, watch weeks and other very important information but will not bombard you with texts! We add parents when we get their information but if you are not getting texts, just ask how to sign up if you haven't gotten the info yet.
